Tour Itinerary

Day 1 :

Haridwar to Govindghat

Drive 292Km/10-11 hrs.

Govindghat is 292km from Haridwar. In the route, you will find a number of beautiful places to capture so make sure your camera is ready.

Day 2 :

Drive from Govindghat (6,300 ft) to Pulna (7,200 ft) and Trek to Ghangria (9,600 ft)

Trek – 9Km/5-6 hrs

Drive – 4 km/20min.

In the morning, we will drive from Govindghat to Pulna. On the trail, you can find strict cleanliness just because of the volunteers who work hard day & night. After reaching Pulna, we will start the trek to Ghangria which is 9km from Govindghat.

The trek takes almost 5 to 6 hours and then you reach a tabular land.

Day 3 :

Ghangria to Valley of Flowers (11,500 ft) and back

(Trek 4 km each way/6 hrs)

We will leave Ghangria early in the morning so that you can spend some quality time at Valley of flowers which is located at an altitude of 11,500ft. In order to enter the valley, you need to buy tickets and after walking inside, you will find beautiful small flowering plants.

The scenery inside the valley is just amazing and looks perfect. Valley of Flowers often looks like a colorful carpet. It is surrounded beautifully with mountains along with trees at a low level, grey & brown soil in the middle as well as snow at the top.

However, at the end of the valley, you can see the glacier. Take out your shoes and plunge your feet into the stream which is passing through the valley to have an amazing experience.

You can see a variety of flowers in the valley like snake foil, dog flower, Himalayan rose, meadow geranium, and many more. After spending a few hours, we will be back to Ghangria.

Day 4 :

Ghangria to Hemkund Sahib (14,100 ft) and back; Trek 6 km each way/8-9 hrs

You need to start trekking early in the morning on day 4 because in the afternoon there can be sudden cloud cover and it might start raining. In the morning by 5, the horses are ready to go up for Hemkund Sahib. While trekking, you will come across an amazing waterfall which will be falling through the rock walls.

While trekking, take breaks in between because you might feel a decreased level of oxygen. For almost six months, Hemkund Sahib Lake is frozen but the aura around it is very peaceful.

By afternoon, we will leave Hemkund and start trekking back.

Day 5 :

Trek from Ghangria to Pulna (7,200 ft) and Drive to Govind Ghat.

Trek – 9km/4-5 hrs

Drive – 4 km

After having a delicious breakfast, we will trek back to Ghangria to Pulna and then drive back to Govind Ghat with lots of reminiscence

Day 6 :

Departure Day; Govind Ghat to Haridwar.

Goodbye to an amazing trekking trip and by the evening we will reach Haridwar.
